Guests use one wristband to get in, pay at the bar and swap contacts. Staff scan it with their phone. You see every entry and sale on your dashboard.
One tap at the door, the bar and between people.
Staff tap each one and choose which areas it opens. If you have a guest list, the wristband is linked to the guest too.
Doors, the bar, meals and workshops all work with the same tap.
Every entry and sale shows on your dashboard, with a count for each area.
Tap and Pass
Once a wristband is inside, it can’t get in again until it taps out. Each wristband only opens the areas you chose.
Example of the Gate A staff phone. Each tap shows a result. Welcome in adds one to the inside count. Already inside, not allowed here, and switched off leave the count the same.
Tap and Pay
Guests pay at the bar by tapping their wristband. Payments go directly to your account, and we never hold the money.
Tap and Share
Guests tap their phone on another guest’s wristband. Each guest picks what they share. Sponsors and vendors can do the same to collect contacts from people who want to hear from them.
Inside now. The number of people in each area, right now.
Capacity warning. Shows when an area is almost full.
Wristbands. Switch off a lost wristband from here.
Export. Every entry and sale in one spreadsheet.
